Random Sampling

Trey LOVES the computer!! I came in one day recently and he seriously had clicked on the Baby Einstein icon, started it, maximized it, turned on the volume, and was sitting on the couch watching it!

This is only a VERY, VERY SMALL sampling of what our house looked like when we got our new floors in. Unfortunately, I could not take pictures of the actual installation because our furniture was blocking our closet door where I had the camera. It was a fun (and dusty) 2 days! But better now.

Just an idea of the crazy number of games we own. We had to take them out of our armoire to make moving the furniture easier on the installers. We're so nice.

No, not all the time! Ha. :) We got home from the volleyball game and I made sandwiches and we sat down to watch the season premier of THE OFFICE that we had recorded earlier.

Soccer Tots

I took Trey to his first day of SoccerTots for 2 year olds. He was a little shy at first but had fun, I think. It didn't help that he's just starting to get a cold, too.

If it weren't for my Sunday posts, this blog would never get updated! The subject of this post relates to the following video of Trey playing on our treadmill (which was recently moved to our study/office):





I'll also upload a few pictures of our new flooring. After almost six years of a generic, apartment-style, beige carpet in the most heavily-trafficked parts of our house, we decided that it was time for a change. So, we finally broke down and had some wood flooring installed. Tina wanted to post some pictures of the carpet right before they removed it, but I think that the pictures might have grossed out our beloved readers.

Trey's commentary on candy (M&Ms specifically)

As you can tell, posting a random video clip once in a while is a whole lot easier than uploading a bunch of pictures. Anyways, here's another video clip of Trey. He calls M&Ms (and any other type of candy, we think) something like "dubbados." You need to watch the video to understand the pronunciation. I wanted to capture him saying this word (and we're not sure where this word came from), and he ended up giving us a couple of other funny moments...including putting his finger in his nose for no apparent reason.
